Are the Rolex Cellinis 100metre water resistant too? They're much smaller

I think 30 meters. Some, like mine, are large at 38mm.

Well size does not matter just look at the oyster case ladies watches rated to 100m.But the Cellini line well maybe water resistant but not waterproof I would not full submerse one fully underwater.

I don`t think they are. more like 30 or 50 meters, they`re non-oysters...
