EXPll Bezel options

I've been wondering if anyone has tried another Bezel look on an EXPll a modification to an existing one or something else entirely. I have a insert from my GMT that I laid on top just to see how something other than the stainless would look . I found it interesting and wondered if anyone actually has modified or replaced an EXP ll bezel?

Interesting concept; however, I think you may be messing with perfection. It's kinda like a Ferrari with fuzzy dice hanging from the mirror.

I agree but it could be easily more exchangeable than my GMT insert.

I'm not sure if a GMT bezel would go on an explorer case easily.

It might be easier to put an EXPII dial in a GMT, which has been done before, as renfield pointed out.
