Trimmed down my collection over the last few weeks!!
Hi guys,
Looks like I'm a 2-Rolex guy once more..............here's the story. Sub-date 16610 V-series purchased April this year sold at cost to a very near and dear family member. Exp-II white dial sold on our local auction site TRADE ME. TT GMT-IIC sold on TRADE ME as well. Which leaves me with the 3-year old SS/Pt. YM and the new Sub-C. |

Why the decision to sell the other two, JJ? It seemed like you really loved both of them.

At the end of the day, they are just watches. Your health/happiness are what is most important. Both of those models can reacquired with little to no difficulty once you beat this.
Good for you JJ. For you to be able to break-even with such recent models speaks volumes for owning a Rolex

Nice choice on the keepers JJ. They compliment each other well. Good to see the Platy still holds some magic for you.

That's about as good a reason as one could have. Like Jason said, they are just watches. Great news that you made your money back. Speaks well to the value of a Rolex.
