WW1 Trench Watch -- thoughts?

I'm looking at buying a vintage Rolex (WW1 trench watch) and would greatly appreciate any feedback from some folks who know more about them than I do.

Seller says it runs well, but like all watches this old, it's not 100% accurate -- it loses seconds each day. I've asked for pics of the movement, case back, crown, etc. From what you can see, what do you think would be a fair price?

Thanks,
Dean...

I'm not sure about the price but its a watch I wouldn't be attracted to. The refinished dial doesn't go well with the vintage hands.

I don't want to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol IS a solution!
