It's pretty much an Omega Seamaster "trademark". It's the Helium Escape Valve.
Most of the other divers out there use an automatic one, like the one on the Dweller. However, the 10 o'clock crown for the He valve became such an Omega staple that I doubt that it will go away anytime soon. Kinda like the cyclop on the Rolex. I for one like it. It's different.
