Well, yesterday I bought a pretty nice Italian Leather strap and put it on my Seadweller. Must say it is much more comfortable and does not move much at all. Think I will keep the SD on with the leather strap. More comfortable and kind of gives it a vintage look. Will have to now order a waterproof leather strap so can take swimming.

If you have a SD and are not comfortable with the "Flop", weight, or large bracelet clasp - try a leather strap.

I like straps, but always prefered the oyster on Rolex professional models, not saying anything is better than anything else, that is just me. I found that if the bracelet fit properly, the weight of the watch sat perfect.

Prefer the Zulus to the Natos, as the Natos have 2 layers of fabric underneath and make the Watch stand too high up. Actually do not want the SD to stand up any higher than it already is.

As for the Oyster bracelets, find them very comfortable on the Explorer IIs or GMT IIs, with the smaller clasp. The SD Oyster was not bad, and may switch back and forth, but do not care for the bigger clasp. The Leather strap is more comfortable and allows also for immediate tightness adjustments due to changing wrist sizes due to inside/outside temperature changes here in humid Southeast Asia or while doing exersise.

BLue Bull, Rustic Brown Aligator leather. SS buckle.

Put a Leather strap on my Panerai as well. Looks good also! Strap is a lot larger on the Panerai, as it has 22mm lugs compared to 20mm on the SD. The Panerai at 40mm is a lot bigger and thicker than the SD, but sits very good on the wrist also due to the case design (OT, I call my Panerai M50 my Datejust on Steroids, since I sold my DJ to finance my PAnerai! LOL)
