Hi everyone!

I'm David and I just turned 20 years old last wekk... yes a bit young for a Panerai owner but it took me quite a while to save up and I finally did it! I ordered a PAM 000 (K series, in mint condition) and it arrived on Weds. I decided to take the plunge and purchase a nice watch to celebrate my 20th birthday while working my first "real" paid job (Fortune 5 company, 6 month full time work period during my undergraduate studies).

I've done my homework on Panerais and decided I'd like to purchase a classic one to keep and not flip eventually. The reason for this is because over a year ago, my grandfather presented me with an heirloom piece. It was his Rolex Day-Date which he purchased back in 1963 - he told me he bought it after saving up while he was very young as well. Inspired and moved, I decided I would spend the money to get something nice for my first "luxury" watch - in hopes of being able to pass it down in my future family as well.

Haha - trying to do strap shopping but my OEM straps fit a tad loose on the second to last hole. The last one is too snug, so I can't do that one. Trying to figure out which strap length works for a 6.5" wrist...

Edit: Also need some recommendations as to which brands to buy :)
