GMT MASTER IIc PEPSI BEZEL!!!!!!!!(PICS)

Hellooo!

I have found some shots of this beauty on a website.... I'm unsure weather its real or photoshop but it looks legit to me!

When will one of these beauties be realised??

Thanks in advance!!

I agree. I don't think they would keep the 24 hour hand green on this one.

Not Rolex original for sure. They might be the new aftermarket bezels I heard about in a shiny lacquer replacement.

Green just doesn't seem to work as well as red in this case does it?

It's a photoshop job, but if this Pepsi were made, they'd have to change the 24 hr hand to black with red tip like the traditional Pepsi models.

You got it Dino. Many things I buy, I always check if there is an option for green colour

(but I can't really see myself driving a full bright green car though )

But the GMT hand must be red.

the 18 looks a little bit photoshoppy. Gives a good idea what it would be like though. The green GMT hand needs making red too! He forgot that! :p

Ok, heres my humble take on it.
From what I understand, from all the rumours, Rolex is working on the multicolour bezels, maybe unsuccessfully.....maybe not.The reason , im saying,"maybe not", is......Rolex being a very cautious and intelligent firm, realizes the financial situation our world is facing....so perhaps it makes little sense to introduce these, very sought after Pepsi, Coke, or whatever colour bezels to the public, when the funds are low and future uncertain.
Mark my words, in due time, when finances are stable and people can afford a new 8k+ watch, Rolex will introduce the coloured bezels in a hurry.
The GMT is geared to aviation professionals, and aviation business, worldwide is shaky, at best. So, maybe Rolex is just waiting for the right time, when it would be feasable to invest into new technology(colour bezels), to make a good return.
Just my humble conspiracy theory.

As Larry has pondered before...would a new pepsi / coke sell well these days with non WIS's???

Maybe basic black is doing the trick for Rolex.

I'm sort of craving a different colour I think. I'm used to wearing a black bezel seamaster most of the time.

I love my Pepsi...but maybe Rolex has moved on?

Maybe Pepsi won't sell well in mass markets like China et al. Just wondering.

I've never been the biggest fan of the Pepsi and Coke Subs but I would buy one of these.

x2!!

Notice the GREEN 24-hour hand....not a good color combo with the Coke or Pepsi!!

Nice to dream tho....plus, I did see a post last week from a forum member with a link to a few patents that Rolex had applied for regarding a 2-tone ceramic bezel....the elves in Switzerland are hard at work!!
