I have an example. I recently bought a strap from the boutique. After less than a few times on on the wrist, the edges were fraying. I took it back to the boutique, and finally they agreed to an exchange. Now - the process what not entirely easy but they did agree. This was in Hong Kong.

yes downside is no movement on pricing |
