I have an example. I recently bought a strap from the boutique. After less than a few times on on the wrist, the edges were fraying. I took it back to the boutique, and finally they agreed to an exchange. Now - the process what not entirely easy but they did agree. This was in Hong Kong.

Great service (Beverly hills and NYC), good buying experience, great staff, free swag and access to SEs..

If you want an in demand watch, you pretty much have to call the Boutique.

I'm a fan of the NYC boutique. Alex and Lindsay are awesome!
