ANY CHOCOLATE, Leo. But I favor the dark. I hope the Dutchie shows up with a photo of chocolate sprinkles the way they really should be, not the plastic like things that pass for chocolate sprinkles.

Scharffen Berger semi-sweet, 62% cacao.........I also like to mix their bitter-sweet

I like milk chocolate more than dark chocolate and the only chocolate I like is Neuhaus. Incredible chocolate and after having Neuhaus, chocolate like Godiva is like the redheaded stepchild.

Oh yeah that place is to die for! I totally forgot about them. My mom is coming to NYC for Mother's Day so I will take her there to get some chocolate (Also so I can get some as well!). Thanks for pointing them out!
