Need help identifying a watch
Hey everyone! I know I'm new to this forum and haven't really begun posting yet and I'm sorry to start off with asking for some help but I figured a bunch of you may be interested. I recently found this Rolex in the attic and was wondering if any of you could help me identify some information on it/ its value. I was told it was bought sometime in the 70's. The band has writing on the clasp that reads "Rolex Patent" then "K.18 D'A" and then "750". If anyone has any information on this I'd highly appreciate it. Here's a picture:

We need some better quality pictures, including the rear of the watch, between the lugs, band clasp and so on to be able to properly advise you.

Serial Number
Sorry but 69178 is the model number not the serial number, the serial number is on the other side of the case and you need to post better pictures to be clear.
