Pulled the trigger DDII
I pulled the trigger today. After flip flopping around between WG and P , I ordered my first Rolex. DD II WG White Roman. Should take a week or two to come in. Thanks to everyone on the forum for information and inspiration. I never thought about a Rolex until about 2 months ago. Now I'm almost an owner. Started looking for a Breitling Chronomat B01 and fell in love with DD II. Never would have predicted that. Still like the B01 but felt like the Rolex was more of a destination than fascination, but who knows. Anyway looking forward to being and owner.

Congrats on a beautiful choice!
I have been debating a YG DD II White with Romans but am hesitant with a 6.8 in wrist. As its YG it would be more sports and dress while Platinum I think Id get the 36 mm as it would be more suited as an elegant watch with my smaller wrists (Id have to have the Ice Blue with Romans Droooool) Part of me says I can easily pull it off (I owned a DJII and wore it fine) but part of me says its too big for a DD II with a 6.8 in wrist

MUST. SEE. PICS. I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a DDII in the next two months or so myself and I'm still conflicted: YG or WG?
