Help required with day date please

Hello, I have seen a rose gold day date and the model number is 118235F. Can you please tell me what the "F" stands for. It's an M serial number. Thank you.

Usually if there is a suffix it is a Market identifyer if a particular model needs to meet certain country Tariff controls, or denotes a minor case change such as the T used for non-lug hole cases..

You could give Rolex a call and ask.

Thanks for the reply Larry. It is a UK AD supplied watch and the warranty card has 118235F stated on it. Puzzled me as well.
