Nice photos James.
I take it that your 5146, is quite new? If so have you checked to see whether it has got the Silinvar spring fitted? During the course of the past 12 months and on the quite Patek started to replace the Breguet spring with the newer one in some of their movements, which included the 324. These springs were first tested in their Advanced Research models, such as their 5250. Regards Tony

Take a look at the balance spring, using a loupe if possible and the spring should be blue or appear blue in colour.
