Watch choice for vacay?

Narrowed down to the following (Family going to Disneyland)

Rolex GMT 11
Rolex Daytona
Rolex Sub
Graham Chronofighter Oversize

Leaning towards the Graham because of the rubber strap compared to the Rollers which will get scratched.

Thoughts?

It's going to be hot and crowded. The Graham w/rubber strap is a good choice, although any Rolex will also do just fine.

I've got the same dilemma in a few months when the wife & I travel to Cancun. I may bring two + my g-shock. I'll see.

Good luck!

I have worn a Daytona to Disney World many times, hundreds. Almost every time I see another.

I'd normally say the GMT when you travel, but I believe you're staying in the same time zone, so I'd go Daytona.

GMT is probably best for globe trotting my friend. Otherwise a Submariner/SD is always a versatile piece as well!
