my Sub C's date is slightly placed lower
Is there any way to fix this?
It is NOT a big problem, but it is kind of bugging me... The date is little lower and not horizontal with the date window. |

I had that same thing on one of my Sea Dweller 16600s. At least without the cyclops, the flaw wasn't so magnified. It drove me nuts and the only way that I found to fix it was to trade the watch in on my Sub C!
I am sure that you could send it to RSC and they could possibly realign the date wheel.

If it bugs you send it in for repair. You spent way too much on the watch to not have it just the way you want it.

It seems rather the dial is shifted slightly counterclockwise when placed it. Because it is NOT perfectly aligned with the crown rehaut. Anyone know how difficult it is to shift dial clockwise a little?
Will this leave a bad record for my precious? :D:D |

I agree with Mr. K, send it in for repair.

Uh oh, anal alert!!!
Don't mind me, I have a healthy dose of CDO too. (OCD alphabetized) It's slightly lower, but one thing I've learned is, if you're OCD, think very carefully before you send in a watch for a pretty trivial imperfection, there's a fair chance it'll come back with new "issues" that may or may not be worse, do you want to risk that for what is a pretty trivial imperfection? Search your feelings... :) |

From that picture, to me, it looks kind of high...not low. Either way, I can't really see what everyone else is seeing.
Beautiful watch, by the way! |
