Rolex SD 1665 Great White
While visiting a friend i came across this beauty and i was instantly captivated......what a watch i apologize for the bad quality of the photos ....my phone is vintage as well
Anyway my friend mentioned he bought this around 1980 but he doesnt remember exactly ...... My question is .. its probably a Great White but the case back confuses me ..it seems the caseback is from a 16660...am i correct Whats ur expert opinion  Regards Neo12 Uploaded with ImageShack.us .. Here is my 1665 great white caseback w/ 5.3 mil serial. Sorry for the bad iPhone pic, as well as the case back sticker.

That's looks to be from the picture a Rolex SERVICE REPLACEMENT case back.
