New on the block

Having never owned a fine time piece, I'm in the market for a Sub. I stopped by a local Jewelry shop where they had a pre owned TT LB, from what the Jeweler said it was a 2003 or 2004 with no paper work, no box and he wanted 6k for it....I would like some input from TRF members is it OR is it not worth purchasing ? He also had a SS Sub with no date... again with no papers or box wants 4200 ?

Ceramic TT I assume. Blue or black?
What did you think of it?

Welcome to TRF.

This not only depends on the model, but the condition, and its authenticity. Any chance you can post PICs, and what are you doing to ensure it is authentic?

Either of those prices are pretty typical from a Jeweler.. Most Dealers will never include any old paper or boxes - that's mostly an Internet thing..

Condition is always paramount.. If the condition and price are right... go for it..
