Holiday weekend Daytona

Just received this F series 116520 Daytona from a friend who sold it to move on to a 116610 Sub C.
This Rubber B strap has been sitting in my watch box for a month waiting for the "right" watch to use it with.
Looks like a nice choice for boating on the lake where we live this coming weekend.

love it. rubber makes it look extra sporty. i use to think that the daytona was just too small. but now i think its the pefect size for a daily wearer.

I'm usually not a fan of straps but that looks awesome. I really like how you still have the clasp. I think that the NATO straps look dumb and really cheapen the watch. That rubber strap looks very classy and natural.

LOL! I purchased the yellow gold with the cream dial and was not happy with it. I arranged with Rolex to have the dial changed to the Navy and thats how I have it today.
