1979 gold Rolex Datejust

My recently acquired 1979, 18k gold Rolex Datejust.
It's a bit scuffed, but it's been worn! It's also a family heirloom which makes it even more special.
Fairly heavy on the wrist, but makes you remember it's there ; )!
Would anyone know how many grams of gold actually goes into a watch like this? Just curious seeing that gold is fluttering at $1850/ounce.
