It's not as sexy sounding as tennis elbow or as frightening as a torn rotator cuff, but chiropractors say it's real and painful.

I wonder if WISes can get the same thing by staring endlessly at their watches.

Your neck is a tender thing. It's not made of stuff that enjoys being stretched for hours on end in the cause of communication.
