good link , take note its not the best method for drowning though , ref to the many divers on the site.

I took an updated CPR class and it is SO much more simplified. Good stuff. If anyone is on the fence about taking a class, please do so. We all depend on eachother when CPR is needed.

Personally, I never understood the mouth to mouth part.
