Placed my name on a 390 waiting list

So finally decided lastweek to put my name on the waiting list of 390 here in Panerai Hong Kong boutique

Thanks to all the enablers here in TRF
Love the vintage look and being LE is a plus as well

So what should I expect from this timepiece?

been on the list from september when i saw the news here first on trf, thanks to anthony(rolexcd, if i'm not mistaken)

still crossing my fingers getting one next month.

edit: and yeah, good luck to US all who hasn't got one. thing is, it's available on the grey market already, i just wish all those dolphins(read: flippers) swim somewhere else for this piece of beauty, but that's pretty impossible.

Don't mean to dampen your spirits but I got my name on the waiting list at a boutique in Europe on the 5th September and after emailing them last week asking roughly how long they though it would be in before I may take delivery or what position on the list I was and got the reply " The distribution of the PAM00390 has only just started but is very slow arriving in stores and I don't know when and if I will be able to satisfy your request. Please be very patient." Thought I was just playing a waiting game but in now seems I better cross my fingers again.

I understand that the current ones available on the market are still within the first 500 out of the 2,000 in total therefore there should be enough to satisfy the needs of those who have already put their names on the list.

It will take some time but you will get there.

that's a relief to hear Anthony!! thanks again for another kinda insider info regarding it's only the first 500 pcs out.. still pretty good chance to get one. not gonna entertain flipper's price on that piece..
