Keep your eyes on the Treasury Department's seizure auctions for the watch. I'm sure it'll be there either on the California or Florida market. These are in person only, not online for those wondering.

There's some sweet Rollies at those auctions!

Just another Politian with an ugly Rolex, John Ford's Rolex ser: K573643 was made in 2001 and to me it looks as if it came out of a gum ball machine. Corrupt Politians are nothing new our ancestors in England were corrupt so some Englishmen founded America where the corruption at times continues.

Very interesting, only in the USA could there be a law suit not against the person but against a Rolex Watch. The Rolex watch is named as "the Defendant"
The video shows that the watch is a "K" serial Pearlmaster. Too much bling for me.

In order to preserve the due process of the legal system, a public defense lawyer should be assigned to the watch. Just wonder how the lawyer communicate to the watch.
What a joke, only happen in america. It is really sad to see how our government wastes our tax dollars. I am sure the costs of the lawsuit will be much more than the watch itself.

The mayor of Las Vegas once defended a lawsuit against a Rolls Royce. He received it as a fee from Nicky Scarfo back when he was a Philadelphia mob lawyer, then the government seized it.

Just did a google image search on the watch and it did come up with a pearl master day date with a diamond bezel and mother of pearl diamond dial, so I guess the watch shown in the news story may not be the actual watch!?!
http://blogs.commercialappeal.com/bl...etter_not.html

Pearl master is a collection of oyster models with the emphasis more on the dress/jewellery market, with polished cases and bracelets (which are unique to the collection) and gem set bezels and dials.

LOL. I suspected as much. The item is a true POS
