I'm not going to read it but I will take the liberty of imagining its contents. This sort of article usually wants to make a point that these people are perhaps more like us than we might want to think, and not the same as the head-in-the-freezer Jeffrey Dahmers of the world. Fine--but who cares. Mass murderers who act from passion about a cause, or ego, or sheer excess of power don't therefore get a promotion to B minus on the basis of "normalcy." The circle in Hell that Dante reserves for them is not really a step higher.
