Please Post Pictures of Your Watches on NATO BANDS!!

Guys:

Ive seen talk on here about he Nato bands lately. First of all, can someone tell me the length of the NATO band. I might not fit it, and I dont want to buy one if it wont fit, secondly, what do you guys think about them. Much like JJ and other purists in the forum I am really against modifications to our watches, but I feel like the NATO band is like giving the oyster bracelet a vacation, so it doesnt get too scratched up.

BTW mine is a black GMT whats ur opinions on that watch with a nato?

AGAIN???????????????

Obviously, I like it. As far as length goes, I dunno. However, I would think it would be almost humanly IMPOSSIBLE not to fit in a NATO, but that's just me. I find it to be more comfortable and while I never worried about scratches, well, now I can worry even less.

NATO stands for:

N(ot) A T(rue) O(riginal) (Rolex part)!

Hey Bo, when you replace your car's tires, do you always go with the same brand?

I think there must be some language problems, since maybe I don't understand your question right, but I will do my best to answer it:

I _NEVER_ drive a car when I am tired and have had some Brandy

Nevermind...

Let's just say that I was trying to express the point that not everything in life is always best when OEM.

Sounds like you've been hitting the brandy hard already...wait, what time is it there? You're what, about +5 from the east coast US?

guys what about rolexes without lugholes in the case, are those harder to put a nato strap on? When you put the NAto on do you get it done professionally?

I ordered two tools, and couldn't do it. Others here do it with a knife and toothpick; I consider those to be more seasoned individuals.

I just got my bracelet removed at an AD. They charged nothing, but were shocked by what I was doing...

I'm considering ordering the proper tool to do the job so I can change whenever I want, but I believe that tool is over $100.

Sorry guys.... I just have to say.... those bands would look great on a Timex, but not a Rolex. That is like putting plain black steel wheels on a Mercedes-Benz. Stick with the OEM bracelet. Cheers, Bill P.

Really that 1680 looks great on this grey nato. I have to say it fits the vintage much better than the modern with sapphire and white gold indices...

But Still !!

Still I found a nice band, much better than the Nato,
it's strong, gorgeous, and made of steel.

I really like it, and since I have it fitted to my watch, I just can't get the watch out, it so rugged, strong, and well designed.
Also it fits the oyster case perfectly !!

This band is made by a well-Renowned Swiss watchmaker, having a quite good reputation worlwide...

it's called the :

go down

more down

Rolex Oyster OEM bracelet :
