It is being reported that Apple is bidding on the exclusive TV rights for the Premier League. What does you guys think. Is this good or bad?

At first glance I think it could be good. I've had little experience with Apple, until we picked up some iPads last year, but I love what I've seen. As I don't watch a lot of TV, I like the idea of paying only for the things I watch, rather than paying monhtly for access whether I watch or not.
