Hi,

Can anyone help with below service confirmation from RSC - Texas?
I sent in for a checkup since it was loosing by time more than 3- 4 minutes in a month. And below is what they sent me for a service confirmation.

"Factory Movt Service-pres prf"

Does anyone have an idea what that is? and will it correct the loosing time issue? And how much this type of service would normally cost?
