advice on dress watch

respected,forum member's i want your valuable advice on best dress watch from rolex,in yellow gold with leather strap,i'am considering two model's first one is rolex prince and second one date just men's in yellow gold leather strap with ref no 116138,want to know the advantages and disadvantages of these to watches,looking forward for your valuable advice,take care,thank you.

I would personally prefer a SS oyster bracelet rather than a Leather strap, as will resist the high humidity in your country and last longer.

I would go with the Date Just. As has the date function, the oyseter case, twin lock crown, and thus better water resistant. You can go swimming with the DJ and never have to worry.

THE classic Rolex dress watch for me is:



I for my part do not like leather straps on watches since the leather straps become tacky due to perspiration.

And the "Prince" is just not "Rolex".

IMHO only the "Oysters" are "real" Rolexes.
