Central London AD recommendations for Service/Adjustment
Q for all you Londoners: Do you have any central London ADs that you would recommend / trust to work on your watches? I have a new WG daytona, where I'm going to be changing the leather strap (see recent post if interested). By default, I wouldn't trust your average jeweler. I mean do they always take the time to tape it up when working in that back room? haha... The official Rolex Service Center in London on the other hand politely declined to do the swap with an aftermarket strap.
So I'm looking for some good recommendations! Thanks |

Hi
Check out "Swiss Made" www dot swissmade dot co dot uk. A friend of mine runs the place, so I may be biased, but I have passed a few Rolexes his way for servicing, from work colleagues and a friend, and all have been very happy customers. Prices are usually excellent. They have an account with Rolex so use all Rolex parts etc. [I think perhaps their web site could do with updating, but give them a call] |

I have a watchmaker friend who has a jewellery shop in Stanmore, N London.
His work is excellent and prices fair. He has kept my Rolexes in tip top form for years. PM me if you want his number. Cheers. |
