How will RSC Dallas contact me???
Hi all, I sent in 2 of my rolexes into RSC Dallas and they received them yesterday. Question is typically how long before I hear from Dallas on evaluation and how will they contact me through email or phone call. I sent in my p serial SD for overhaul(just purchased, works great but don't know of service history and plan on wearing daily and don't want water damage ect) and my Sub-C for evaluation for insurance purposes. Any comments/answers of past experience would be great. Thanks Danny

Sorry no answer as I've never sent anything directly to RSC. Just wanted to ask that you keep us posted on what they recommend for service and what they charge you for the insurance valuation.
Good luck! |

I just had warranty work done by Dallas on my Sub C. They typically will call you within a day or two after receing your watches. They will usually email the estimates to you as well. They will provide an estimated work completion date as well. I found them to be pleasant and my Sub C has been running flawlessly since its return. If you have any other questions feel free to PM me.

Why send to RSC for an insurance eval? Seems a bit overkill to me.

Thanks for info and I will keep you posted on evaluation for insurance. Sub -C is under warranty so the lady I spoke to before sending in said evaluation will be covered under warranty because I asked RSC Dallas to look at rehault alignment that bugs me. Its not perfectly centered cornet to 12 position. I figure for the price we pay detail is everything and am asking them to review alignment under warranty before it runs out as a workmanship issue. I will post outcome. Lady at rolex said to send in with warranty card so I did. Plus I will have authentication on both watches. I bought both on grey market. Sub-C new with open name on warrant card and SD here off of this forum. Thanks again!!!!!

Local AD does not open watch for insurance valuation so for peace of mind on authenticity plus warranty plus overhaul on dweller this was the best solution for me. I can use the evaluation for insurance quotes.

I have sent watched to New York and Dallas. In each case, I was called by a very helpful person who talked me through all the details.
