Bond & Rolex
Bond is back wearing Rolex.......and he's a curmudgeon
 ......I just picked up the paperback edition of the latest Bond book......007 Carte Blance by Jeffery Deaver.On page 34: "Onto his wrist he slipped his steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual, the 34mm model, date window its only complication; Bond did not need to know the phases of the moon or the exact moment of high tide at Southhampton. And he suspected very few people did." Bah humbug, long live Bond.

Bond wearing a boysize Rolex?
As much as I am for 007 wearing Rolex but that choice is rather pathetic and I can see its roots in the overhyped Explorer "discovery". Deaver should do better with his research ;) |

So many "size queens" in here.....I wonder if the stereotype is really true about them As for a clandestine intelligence operative wearing a Rugged, accurate and reliable low key watch that would blend in to any situation and attire.....DUH!

he must have slipped the 34 mm one on his wrist being totally smashed and taking the current bond girl's watch in the dark hotel room
and she wakes up seeing the smurf sitting peacefully on the dresser, texts him saying "where's my watch" and he texts back "I was pretending to be classy, that gold should adjust to your wrist, google. it"
