I wonder if the sailors are all required to wear a Yacht-Master.

Should be a good event. 10 - 20 mph (9 - 17 knots) means that most boats won't have to reef, they can focus on tactics and boat speed. As for the rain, once you're on board and dialled in you don't even notice it. Until you get back to the dock and have to dry everything out.
