I HIGHLY recommend getting a cut-out 1.6mm screwdriver so you don't deform the screw. You can either use the Seadweller or Panerai screwdrivers. I bought several on eBay. Here's an example with good pictures and description. I am in no way affiliated with this seller - he just has a good listing.
