What is the best?

What is the best way to clean your Rolex. Submerge in water is that a bad way to do it? I was going to run it under hot water any advice thanks

I use Veraet (sp) watch cleaner followed by a quick warm water bath.

If my bracelet is super dirty between the links, I'll take it off the watch head and let it soak in a bowl of warm water and a little bit of palmolive. Assuming it's a brushed SS bracelet, a soft toothbrush to get in between the links works well.

All that said, most of the time I'll just give it quick rinse and call it a day

Mpro-7 gun cleaner. Spray it on and watch all the nasty stuff that you never knew was on there drip right off.

The Rolex Booklet for years said "warm soapy water".

In the shower with shampoo.

Shampoo is formulated to remove exactly the kind of gunk that builds up on a watch.

Even better if you can get someone else to do this... or a beloved pet...

Toothbrush and soap/veraet/shampoo/dish detergent...all work fine. I use a toothbrush and veraet mostly and it works great for me.
Also every few months I'll take the bracelet off and throw it in my ultrasonic
