Never ever had a problem with it coming off. The hidden clasp is beautiful. Haven't yet seen one suffer stretch like the old jubilee.
Getting a good fit is key, I got a 1 1/2 link after year of wearing it loose. (£42) |

Owning a 116200 Datejust with the oyster band and domed bezel with a blue roman dial and a 116200 Datejust silver stick dial roulette date wheel and jubilee band. I would chose a fluted bezel 18k with the oyster bracelet and a black white or blue roman dial. The oyster bracelet looks much better imo does not stretch and has the comfort link which the jubilee band doesnt. Good luck with your decision.

That's the watch I went to my AD to buy. They didn't have one and wouldn't discount a "special order". After much debate (they had a black roman smooth bezel/oyster bracelet) I went with this and I truly love it.

Sorry....I'm on someone else's laptop so don't have access to my pictures and don't have a camera handy. But, my favorite combo is 18KG/SS, super jubilee bracelet, white dial and gold roman numerals. Had mine for a little over a year and absolutely love it. My wife liked it so well I had to buy her one too....a Lady DJ. This combo of options is a true Rolex classic.

Fluted and Super Jubilee to be iconic Rolex, from there the choices get mind-numbing.

While I really like and appreciate the classic fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet combination, my own preference is for the smooth bezel and oyster bracelet with stick markers. My 16200:
