Chinese Food and my 1675>>>>
Last night I met with a good friend from Hong Kong for the most amazing Chinese food in Chicago. We met at Cai in Chinatown. It was unbelievably good!!!
We had the largest sea scallops and clams I've had in my life. They were delicious! We also had Peking Duck (two ways), Wonton Soup, Shrimp Rolls, Roasted Pork and a yummy jello with lychee and red seed to clean our palates. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Watches are the new currency!

I absolutely love asian food.
Just 1 hour ago cooked up some steamed chicken tenderloins with Nam Pla Prik (special homemade Thai sauce). A few years ago I got a Chinese Bamboo Steamer and I've used it hundreds and hundreds of times. The steamed chicken tenderloins come out as soft and tender as fish fillets. By the way, that GMT is absolutely sensational!!!!!
