Several people here have one (Mike, Bogdan, etc) and they would be the experts.

It's a great piece with the Forged Carbon. The yellow really pops. Might be more of a weekend watch with such a bright color, but I'm sure others might wear as a daily.

Super piece in my mind.

It is a great watch and fun for weekends and casual days and for me Pittsburgh Steeler game day!

It is super light and really pops with the color combo! Highly recommend but not as an only watch IMHO.

As Ken said, I would also highly reccomend it but not as an only watch. I thought that my collection was getting boring with all black, white, blue dials so I had to add BB and Volcano. Couldn't be more happier with both. But again if I wouldn't buy it as my first AP.

Thomas (aka TSW) gave me a great bit of advice about the bee.

he essentially told me that while it's a superb looking watch, it'd probably be best after you've built up a bit of a collection of APs to spice things up.

I think that was great help. Perhaps more versatile Offshores to start, then a Bee later? although if you're looking to get into forged carbon i believe that's probably the most affordable watch to get you into the material.

good luck!

Not a first AP IMO.
But when you have 1 or more AP's in your collection the BB is a fantastic piece to add.
Feather light forged carbon and a dial that really pops.

It could be your only AP if you have other less flashy watches. I do agree that it's not really an everyday watch... not really a dress up kind of timepiece. It's ridiculously light, resistant to scratches, very high quality, and super under the radar. I love mine!

A good mantra. Maybe it's because I'm still building the base of my collection that I feel a watch such as the Bee wouldn't work. Oh boy, here we go.....

Well for 44mm any of the ceramic would be great. I personally prefer this one

But rose gold is looking good to add into the collection as well.

You would be happy with either I think

if you want a 44mm I think that's what you should go for. whether it's stainless or forged carbon they both are versatile and can be worn in any occasion (even with a tux at a wedding apparently...).

if you want forged carbon, the 44mm is a stunner. The good guys here at TRF can get you a good deal on one I'm sure!

44mm ROO with ceramic bezel are all nice.
I have mounted this ROO at AD. It was great feeling and contrast on the dial
Too bad it's just too big for me :(
