Once you have it up and running in Toronto, let me know. My wife and I have family there and visit often.
And very best of luck in your endeavour. James

Would not be my first choice as a business venture but I wish you luck. Like James said let us know when it opens.

Good luck in your venture. A wise man once said the only ship that will not sail is a partnership. What is meant by that statement is that it is fine to have an agreement that shares profits like a partnership, but you need to keep 100% ownership. Just a little food for thought.

Well, if you end up doing it and find you need for an experience and certified manager, give me a ring. Been doing it all my short little life and it's all I know!
I consistently keep food/labor/liquor costs at least 10% below corporate goals in a 9.2m/year environment |

I will be interested, if I can find a "lost SS Daytona" under one of the seats in your high-end bar! (remember that story here?!)
