I guess so! I think it depends on your preferences and which one you'd prefer out of the two. Either way a fair trade, in my opinion

Seems like a fair enough trade...so long as you are happy with it...the two watches are generally indistinguishable to the uninitiated, both TT, and you both get 'new' watches...

If both you like what you are being offered more than you like what you have it is "fair" in the sense that you will both be better off than you are now. How else would you define fair?
