Bidding and buying Rolex from auction houses

I was curious if anyone has won and purchased a Rolex from one of the large auction houses such as Christie's, Sotheby's and Antiquorum.

To those that won auction bids, were the condition grade of the watches you won accurate or overstated upon receipt of the items?

Always factor in a service and don't forget the 255 commission.
