What do the experts think of this Red Sub full set?

Price is high, but how's it look? No shots of the crown guards head on. Anybody know this seller?

Hi, I looked long and hard about this watch and one other before buying my 'Red' recently and I have to say that I thought it looked good.
I think it's been discussed on here before too so I'm sure someone will point you the right way.
You're right though, price seems a lot but its all there so....?

That's on the steep side regardless of box/papers.

Certainly a nice MK4, but even if it's quite rare to find such a complete set, the price is way to high.
.....on the other hand, it might drive prices up if someone pays the price.

Does look like a great piece. Better shots of the lugs would be a must for me. I know everyone will say the price looks high but think about how many times a year you see a full set like this. Once... Twice... Maybe. Plus it's open to offers. Just my 2 cents

I think it's too much money. Nice set, but the watch is the important bit. I can see enough of the insert, CGs and case to know it would not be for me, regardless of the other superfluous stuff.

X2 also x2 on the date wheel and also x2 on the lugs needing better shots.

The date wheel has been replaced, I would like better pics of the clasp as well.

i've personally seen better incomplete sets recently.

don't be distracted by a pretty face.

that price tag is obscene imo.

Can anyone comment on the polishing on the case i.e if it has good bevel edges and a thick case? I think you will need close up pics. Also sideon pics of the crown guards are quite important I would think just in case they are uneven or polished sharp. Maybe he can send you some more closeup macro pics? Looks like a nice red though!

The stamped fonts on the warranty paper are correct for that vintage warranty paper. I would like to see the inside of the vinyl folio as it looks later, but it is hard to make a call from the photo. I can't see much else with this one.
