Didn't get outer box with 114060 is this right
When I got my 114060 I only got the green Rolex box and the white cardboard sleeve cover, I've seen on here people who have got an outer Rolex box. Do all countries get the outer box, and does it make a difference when you come to sell the watch later down the line.

The cream colored box with the large crown is standard issue.
Many buyers will try to negotiate you down. However, if your watch is pristine otherwise, it may not be a huge deal. |

Have you asked the seller to send you an outer box?

Was the item sold "with outer box"? Most sellers (on TRF) will go above and beyond to ensure that they're describing the item EXACTLY as it is.
Almost every seller will make mention of "outer box" in their listing or at the very least "b+p", which when mentioned, INCLUDES, box and papers... If it was not mentioned by the seller and you didn't ask the question, IMO, there was no wrongdoing. Personally, I would always want the outer box unless I was getting an insane deal...

Usually you are more likely to find them with inner and outer boxes, but no sleeve.........

I'm not familiar with an "outer box", if this is what he's referring to. But then again I didn't buy new from an AD either. Is there another box? |

Yes. Modern Rolex watches come in a green plastic box which fits inside a cream colored box with a late Rolex crown embossed on it. These are usually placed in a thin white cardboard sleeve.
