Sea Dweller out for a charity ride!

Burrrrr, it's a 40 degree F day here in Denver and we just got back in from a toy run for the Denver Children's Hospital. It was a new ride route this year since the hospital relcoated from downtown to Aurora, so about 4000 of us ended up clogging up the local freeways for about an hour and a half! It was a sight to see.

Here are a few pictures from the ride. Happy Holidays to one and all.

Roger

Great pix from a really great cause, Roger.

I'll bet it was a bit fresh riding today.

Yeah, the lips were a little numb at the end of the ride! But that's all right. The kids have it much worse and it was all worth it too see the smiles on thier faces as we rode in and see others waving from the windows.

Wow, that must have been quite a sight, Roger. Nice going, and for a great cause. Kudos to you and all the others who participated.

Yeah, it's a great event. In 2003, when the weather was warm and the sky was blue they estimated that there were 10,000 riders! The last few years it's been snowy on the west side of town where we live and we have not been able to get out of the driveway. It was supposed to snow in town again this year, but the storm passed to the south and it was great to see a larger turnout and participate again.
