I have confirmed that one can use the glidelock bracelet on a 16710.

I would have to assume then, that one can simply use the bracelet from a 116710 on the 16710 as well.... as apparently you can also interchange a 116610 with a 116710.

However, I can't find it through my searches.

Confirmation would be appreciated.

The 116610 Glidelock bracelet does fit a 16710. I'm not sure if the 116710 bracelet will fit the 16710 though.

You can use the 116610 bracelet on a 116710, but you cant use the 116710 bracelet on a 116610 (using the original spring bars).
In order to use the GMTIIC bracelet on the SubC, you need to use the 16610 spring bars and even then the fitment won't be perfect. The end link doesn't sit flush underneath.

I believed it was an "upgrade" bracelet choice for the 116710 so makes sense.

If I wanted to swap out the bracelet on my 16610 with a glidelock one does anyone know what the cost would be for the bracelet.

interested in this as well. if i can't use a bracelet from the 116710 (still not 100%) then i am going glidelock.

i think this would potentially make for the perfect watches. no joke. i prefer the old cases, but the new bracelet style.

Just to be sure we're talking apples to apples - you are referring to bracelet code 97200 (Sub-C) and 78200 (GMT-C) being interchangeable? They may work across SS Supercase models but not so sure about the normal case models.

no sir. looking to take the bracelet from the GMT IIC and put it on a 16710.

I have to defer on this since I have not actually done this bracelet swap. Perhaps mmmk604's answer is the most relevant.

Instead of swapping bracelets and having end link/spring bar issues you can always just swap the clasps between the watches. Just a thought.
