Who did all that damage to that poor watch....
Better let someone who knows how to do it to polish it...
And to swap bracelet in the future..

You got the right answers IMHO -

1) Brush pen for a small area like that + the skill to grain it at the right angle to match factory finish.

Or

2) Take it to a pro who will not need guidance from a forum to do it right.

Just leave them know one can see the scratches only yourself when you look at back of watch.Just leave them and they will be sorted out at next service time when watch will be returned as good as new.

i would prefer to do it myself as i have come across ''pro's'' that will make things 100 times worse. i started this thread because i didnt find one like that about underside lug scratches that happen during bracelet removal and i believe they happen often so i wanted an advice of people who fix these kind of scratches.

X2. If this is going to be given to someone as a gift, I promise those tiny little scratches will not make them not like it. Any person would be excited to get a great present like that. I would definitely leave them as you could make things worse not knowing what you are doing. I never "learn" on a newer watch like that

If you want it to look its best, have a pro do it to match the original circular grain pattern.

You can see from the linked photos (2nd post down) how the scratch pen removed the scratches but the grain direction is off. It doesn't look bad to me, but if you want it to look like new, you'll never get there with the pen.

I think I made a small dent into one of my lugs changing bands. I assume I can't gouge a piece of metal out of a lug from a springbar but one side on the lugs i pushed a little to hard on one side of the springbars and there was a nice piece of metal pushed in... If that is even possible

Looks like a real Dbag did a strap change. I would not llike them either. Those definately need a pro to get them out. They look extremely deep. I too would also wait for service. What you cant see will not hurt you.

yeah man i hate it when unprofessional idiots damage the watch, i can change bands with tweezers and old scissors and not make scratches like that. they only look deep on that picture the other 3 lugs have only small scuffs.

If it was mine, I'd fix those scratches by deciding not to sweat them.

If you look on the reference library there is a thread for this exact same problem. I've used and have the same nylon pen. It's not that hard to do. Just follow the grain.
