I was thinking to polish the sides of the case slightly, and brush the upside. Any thoughts or advice? |

can be done with the right tools, you really need a bezel remover with a datejust its on pretty tight, and you also need a press to put it back for sure even if you manage to get it off, getting in on is near impossible without the right die and press. Ps, the bezel you are changeing looks like the higher version off a sapphire crystal model, it could just be the pics but the older models had lower bezel height.

Removed the bezel myself with a knife and it worked really wel, but decided to put it back on because it's the original one, and the other is indeed higher and from a 2010 daydate.
