WG Daytona 116519 F (2004) box help

I've been a lurker on here a while and really enjoy the forum, so I wanted to say hello.

I also wondered if anyone could point me to a picture of the box that a 2004 white gold 116519 Daytona may have been supplied with?

I've seen them in both wood and green boxes. I think the wood boxes predate 2004 so that one should be in a green box I believe.
