8 Days Later: Lotso Pics

The honeymoon ain't over! I love this one so very much. Highlights for me:

- 8 day manual wind movement (love that the second hand resets to zero when crown is pulled out)
- Curved sapphire crystal
- The very subtle and hidden (until you want it) GMT hand
- Slim case (I was used to the automatic 1950s cases)

Here are some strap changes:

OEM Tunnel

OEM Gold Calf (well worn and oiled)

OEM Antique Gator

OEM Honey Gator

OEM Rubber Accordian

OEM JV

OEM Black Buffalo

WotanCraft

Wotancraft

GSD Crazy Horse 2

Micah Canvas

WOT! 15 straps for your 233...
...that's one lucky 233...
... and you're one happy owner

Nice photo "sequence" - give me some great strap ideas for my own 233, thanks

The strap obsession certainly grew very quickly on you.

Retail therapy is needed....more straps!

FANTASTIC!!!!

Can I ask for a wristshot with the OEM accordion? I've been debating that one.

Thanks!

I prefer the accordian to the regular rubber strap.

However, my favorite summer time strap is the OEM Velcro dive strap (yes, I have even more straps).

One of the best 233 threads that I've seen. Such a versatile piece. Thanks for tempting me to pull the trigger on one!

How'd you get the gold calf to turn that color?

After trying about 10 different straps on my PAM 233 I'm back to the OEM tunnel most of the time. Good thing flipping straps is way cheaper than flipping watches!

Lots of oiling and setting in the sun. I wouldn't recommend it though, as it's hard to know what will happen. I'm happy with the way this one came out. Look forward to getting that OEM black croc strap!
