hard to say from an unclear dial shot, i cant see the font properly, or the diamond setting, how old is the watch as this setting is the latest style ? the diamonds do appear to be set to close to the centre of the dial, but that is not definitive with one angled photo.

I agree the diamonds appear to be too far from the minute tic marks.
